(This is from a human AU of mine, hence Thor in asgardian clothes: they are estranged to Earth with no memory of who they are, forced to inhabit human bodies – but the spell couldn’t assign a gender to Loki, who was born intersex. Thor is overprotective of his beautiful brother)

This also reminds me of @the–mantling–dark‘s fic The Fifth (part of the Yggdrasil series), which has a similar premise (though Loki’s intersexuality shows up differently).
