Prince Charles is now Loki’s alter-ego when he is on Midgard. Charles is thrilled by this and talks Loki into doing the public appearances he doesn’t want to do. There is some shenanigans when HRH Charles and Loki!Charles turn up at the same function. A certain ‘minor government official’ is ready to beat them both with his beloved umbrella.

The moon is a

knife-slash in the dark

through which we see

the light beyond.

I believe nothing else.

I fell in love with

a liar, divine. He

taught me the truth

of story, showed

me the places where

lines blur, told me that

truth and beauty

needn’t marry. He

smirked and it was

a blade.

My blood

made glyphs and

they rained art

upon my feet.

I danced all night and made the moon swell. She

was goddess

then, my deity.

Change is her

only law.

She twists away

and is bright fire, He

curls toward me

and snow falls.

I am fearless and hale.

I never look back.

She opens a banshee wail

and it is silent. His whispers echo

off walls.

My home is a cavern,

glistening with

joy’s crystal tears.

I run everywhere.

I only ever laugh.

My heart is untethered.

I love only you.

He lies and I

see what’s real:

I give away too many

truths.
