It was filmed back to back with Infinity War, and was originally just titled “Infinity War Part 2” so it’s a good bet that the heroes get their butts kicked in the first one and rally back in the second.
My guess is that Avengers 4 will deal with the little-remembered second half of Infinity Gauntlet where Thanos loses the thing and Nebula gets it and then everyone keeps fighting over it and reality keeps getting messed with as it changes hands.
Bold strokes if they go with the original ending of “the heroes use the gauntlet to undo everything that happened and Thanos decides to take up farming (I am not even remotely kidding)”
