5: (truth) If your parents knew everything you’ve ever done, what would they think is the worst thing? (dare) Tag the three nonmutuals you admire most.

Um… trying cocaine, probably. It was acquired by some friends of mine who lived in New York and their source seemed decently reputable, and I didn’t have that much, but I’m not sure my parents would appreciate such subtleties…

21: (truth) What three fictional characters would you most like to meet? (dare) Write your name down on a piece of paper and draw a quick picture of yourself. Take a photo of it and post it.

Hahaha there is no way in hell I’m doing that dare. So… Marvel’s Loki, obviously (*meet*, not date); Elizabeth Bennet (because she’s a badass and I’m not that original); and probably Gandalf (Grey or White, I’m not fussy).

3. Zodiac sign: Libra (but don’t believe any of those “the signs as” memes, they never work for me)

7. Favorite fruit: Marionberries, but they’re hard to find except in Oregon. Grapefruit gets an honorable mention.

9. Favorite book: The Gay Science by F. Nietzsche, Pragmatism by William James, Kant’s Critique of Pure Reason… or did you mean fiction? Neil Gaiman’s Sandman series, if that counts as a book, or American Gods; Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell by Susanna Clarke.

10. Favorite flower: Roses, probably, trite as that is. I also have a fondness for azaleas that has nothing to do with hip-hop or R&B artists; they grow in my family’s backyard, and I named my favorite stuffed snow leopard Azalea.

11. Favorite scent: Orange blossom, though rose and lavender run close second and third. Or petrichor, if you mean smells rather than soap/lotion fragrances.

12. Favorite color: Various combinations of blue, green, and gray.

14. Coffee, tea or hot chocolate: Coffee in the morning, tea in the afternoon, hot chocolate for a treat on really cold days.

15. Average hours of sleep: I need 10 to feel rested because I’ve been having crazy vivid dreams every night for the past 5 years that make me feel like I’ve acted them out in my sleep.

16. Cats or dogs: Cats, cats, always cats.

17. Numbers of blankets you sleep with: Just a sheet when it’s hot, sheet + blanket usually, sheet + blanket + comforter when it’s really cold.

18. Dream trip: Northwestern Europe: Scotland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden. Maybe Finland too, for shits and giggles and saunas.
