Also, most of the episode I just watched turned out to be a dream, kind of. I guess it makes sense, in context, but also… really?

My parents’ cat had to be put to sleep today. He was only about 9 years old; they only had him for 5 years. You wouldn’t think I’d be all that upset about it, except that I visit often enough that I knew him pretty well and kind of felt like he was my cat too.

My actual cat (Meg) freaks out when I cry, which is not helpful. She refused to come out from under the bed when I wanted to cuddle.

Now I’m just feeling really shitty. I’m physically sick with some kind of mystery fever and I’m sad and I’m really, really tired.

At least Meg is sitting on my lap now.
