I think that might just say “bo”… I guess you gotta do the two vowel diacritics side by side if you want a diphthong. But it’s been a while since I tried to write using the tengwar.

Honestly it was the middle of the night and I forgot the oi dipthong requires a yanta base

Oh, that’s right. Bit like Hebrew that way.
