Hi Wil, salted fruits are a big thing in parts of South America and the Caribbean. Salt and pepper at the most basic level, crushed garlic, chopped cilantro, sliced habanero and a dash of vinegar if you’re feeling fancy. Make it as tart and as spicy as you like. Good on mangoes, pineapple, tangerines, and pretty much any fruit you’re willing to experiment with.
