Loki is the kind of ruler who throws a lot of money towards celebrations
of himself,festivals, theater and the arts.But I also firmly believe he’d be the kind of ruler who’d sit up to the small hours of the morning, candle burning, as he reads through a treaty, muttering “Oh, they thought I wouldn’t read sub-clause 34, paragraph 2 did they? Ha!” while Thor begs him to just go to sleep.
