No no no, not all craft beer, just the over-hopped ones. Mostly IPAs, but also some beers that claim to be normal things like Pilsners and blonde or amber ales but have still been hopped within an inch of their lives.
Sour beer, now, that’s another story. You don’t want to follow that up with ass flavor.
