While my parents were in town for my defense and we were at a memorial service for a semi-distant relative who died unexpectedly, I missed the second anniversary of my first Thor/Loki fic, Desert Flowers, which was posted on January 15, 2016. Congratulations, me; I’ve been in this particular hellhole for two years now.
